Sales Manager, SEA

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales efforts across Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation and robotics solution, with a strong network within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries, and a proven track record of complex channel and B2B solution sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    o Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across Southeast Asia, to meet revenue targets.

    o Prospect, track, and close deals.

    o Identify and onboard partners to expand geographic and vertical coverage. Manage channel network.

  • Client Engagement

    o Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, operations heads, and innovation teams. Serve as the main point of contact for partners.

    o Conduct client presentations, technical product demonstrations, and site visits with pre-sales or technical teams.

    o Support customer to accelerate sales process and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Market Development

    o Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.

    o Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and regional events.

  • Sales Operations

    o Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting.

    o Execute or coordinate marketing, operational, localization, and administrative tasks within the assigned region.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 1 years in robotics, automation, intralogistics, or related fields.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Southeast Asian markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel across the region as required (up to 50%).

Preferred Skills & Traits

  • Technical background or familiarity with robotics software or automation systems.

  • Fluency in English (required); additional regional languages are an asset.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
