The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation and robotics solution, with a strong network within logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing industries, and a proven track record of complex channel and B2B solution sales.
Sales Strategy & Execution
o Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across Southeast Asia, to meet revenue targets.
o Prospect, track, and close deals.
o Identify and onboard partners to expand geographic and vertical coverage. Manage channel network.
Client Engagement
o Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, operations heads, and innovation teams. Serve as the main point of contact for partners.
o Conduct client presentations, technical product demonstrations, and site visits with pre-sales or technical teams.
o Support customer to accelerate sales process and recommend tailored solutions.
Market Development
o Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy.
o Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and regional events.
Sales Operations
o Use CRM tools to maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline development, and reporting.
o Execute or coordinate marketing, operational, localization, and administrative tasks within the assigned region.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with at least 1 years in robotics, automation, intralogistics, or related fields.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in Southeast Asian markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and travel across the region as required (up to 50%).
Technical background or familiarity with robotics software or automation systems.
Fluency in English (required); additional regional languages are an asset.
