Challenges

In the customer's largest LCD panel manufacturing plant in the world, workers who follow the strict dressing request, are allowed to enter the hundred-class dust-free production environment, and accomplish millimeter-class manual docking, loading and unloading of materials and manual feed of long distance, high frequency and precision heaps of times on various kinds of trays among over 5,000 production line platforms every day. The work intensity of workers is pretty high. The accuracy and efficiency of material feeding also trouble the customer all along.

Solution

The customer has deployed over 100 sets of LCD industry IPLUSMOBOT AMR and CLOUDIA fleet management system. In the clean workshop of nearly 4,000㎡, the dedicated mobile robots of LCD industry with customized side folk device of high-precision, can accomplish the movement of 4 to 6 direction dimension of freedom and the ultrahigh demand of fetching and dropping off materials autonomously with the precision of ±2mm/0.2°

by mobile robots without manual intervention, which is the first example in the world. In addition, with the powerful management system of IPLUSMOBOT, loading and unloading materials orderly, effectively and precisely every day among nearly 5,000 operation platforms can be achieved by the fleet of over 100 mobile robots.
