Pain Points and Needs:

• Traditional manual material handling was time-consuming, labor-intensive, and posed safety risks due to heavy loads.

• High-precision automation was required for loading/unloading docking, placing stringent demands on AMR stability and safety.

• There was a need to increase production line automation with minimal changes to the existing layout and equipment, reducing investment and maintenance costs.

Solutions：

The client deployed multiple IPLUSMOBOT EMMA 400L-T AMRs integrated with the CLOUDIA system to achieve fully automated loading/unloading and material handling within target processes without manual intervention. Upon receiving task instructions, the AMRs autonomously navigate to designated points, use sensors and IPLUSMOBOT’s intelligent servo algorithms to identify trolley positions, and perform precise hitching and unhitching of trolleys for delivery and retrieval. With multiple safety protection, the AMRs operate smoothly and safely even in narrow aisles and corridors, transporting loaded carts to predefined receiving locations.
