Challenges

The user's production workshop has a wide variety of materials, which are frequently transported and are all of tonnage weight. The previous manual handling mode features a large workload, the cost of material distribution is high, and there are also certain safety risks.

Methods

The user has deployed several 1T class omnidirectional heavy-duty Autonomous Mobile Robots, multiple Forklifts of Lithe Automation unmanned forklifts, and the CLOUDIA intelligent scheduling management system. Docking with different third-party equipment, such as standing warehouses, elevators, and production lines, respectively, the omnidirectional mobile robot meets the autonomous turnover of large and heavy materials in narrow channels, and realizes the flexible transportation of different materials such as electromagnetic wires, molds, and coils, among various production processes.

Achievements

The user effectively improves productivity, digital and intelligent logistics management, so that the user can effectively monitor the entire material to avoid unnecessary losses caused by errors and omissions. By reducing the labor intensity of employees, they can engage in more rewarding and meaningful work. The user is now further expanding the range of applications for EMMA robots.
