How long will it take to receive feedback after submitting my resume?

After receiving your resume, we will conduct an initial screening and phone communication. Candidates who pass the initial screening will typically be notified within 1–2 weeks.

Are interviews conducted onsite or online?

Interviews are mainly conducted via online video. Some roles may arrange onsite interviews; details will be provided in the invitation.

How many interview rounds are there? Is there a written test?

Generally 2–3 rounds of interviews. R&D positions will include a written test.

Do internship positions offer conversion to full-time?

Yes. Internship roles opened by the company come with conversion opportunities.

After receiving a campus offer, can I start my internship early?

Yes. We encourage and welcome students who receive campus offers to start their internships in advance.

What support and guidance are provided during the internship?

You will be paired with an experienced mentor who will guide your work, answer questions, and help you get familiar with the work environment and business processes.
