Dr. Xiong Rong, aged 53, the founder of the Group, has been serving as the chairperson of the Board since July 4, 2016. She is primarily responsible for the overall strategic planning of our Group, and supervising and overseeing the management of our business operations. Dr. Xiong served as a teacher at Zhejiang University from December 2009 to December 2012, and has been serving as professor there since May 2013. From December 2020 to December 2024, she served as a standing member of the First Committee of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society Space Mechanism Branch Committee. Dr. Xiong has been serving as a standing committee member at the Intelligent Decision-Making Professional Committee of Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence since September 2024, at the National & Local Joint Humanoid Robotics Innovation Center since June 2024, and as a standing committee member of the Robotics Branch of the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society since July 2023.
Mr. Chen Shouxian, aged 42, joined the Company on August 29, 2016 and has been serving as the chief executive officer of the Company since July 2019. He is primarily responsible for the overall management and participating in major decisions on our Group’s business operations.
